Oxynade is a 100% white label company based in the 'Silicon Valley of Belgium' aka Ghent. Every day we revolutionize the world of e-ticketing with our 'e-ticketing as a service' platform (eTaaS).


We offer an all-round ticketing system that is based on the current top-notch technologies such as GraphQL, Node JS and React. Including a fully equipped back-office, box office and specialised features, the platform can cover the needs of a broad range of verticals. This allows our partners in the ticketing sector to grow their business and reach possibilities that were out of scope before. 


Having a white label architecture within our core, where we customise our solution and make it a part of our clients own brand, turned out to be a real hit. With new players like artists, music promotors and even tour operators getting involved in ticketing, white label is just the way to go. All of those partnerships are based on the same Oxynade technology, focused on local ticketing needs and are targeting other/multiple segments.


World domination is still a long way ahead and there is always room for improvement. This is why we're looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.



Sounds like your cup of tea?

You assist our Business Development Director and Marketing Manager in the administration and organisation of their day-to-day business.

You support the complete marketing cycle: from managing the website, over publishing/writing blog posts, tracing traffic, organising events and setting up new campaigns.


You'll be actively attracting and nurturing new international leads that you'll deliver to our sales rep.

You'll keep tabs on our prospects by monitoring and tracking their activities and interactions in our CRM. 



Your responsibilities will shift depending on the needs of our Marketing and Sales Managers


With the support of your management, you're able to work independently 


You can keep up with new technologies and insights


You can communicate in an enthusiast and engaging way, both verbally and in writing

You know how to attract, nurture and connect with prospects


  • You have a broad interest in both marketing and sales.

  • You can work in a planned and organised manner, with an eye for details. 

  • Clear, easy and to-the-point communication in Dutch and English are a must. Other languages are a plus.

  • The right attitude and devotion are more important than experience and knowledge.

  • You can work in a team, take ownership and you take care of yourself and your colleagues.


A full time job in the beautiful and creative Ghent. Our offices in Dok Noord have cool neighbours. You can swing by the hairdresser or the Delhaize in the afternoon.
