Oxyande is a eTicketing specialist in Ghent. Every day we revolutionize the world of e-ticketing with our 'e-ticketing as a service' platform (eTaaS).


We service arena's, venues, live entertainment and amusement parks with our innovative offering and state-of-the-art products. Booking a seat for a Queens of the Stone Age concert, paying a ticket for Phantasialand, picking up your tickets for Urbanus at your local theatre's checkout corner or making sure you'll get access to an exclusive sale of Scotch and Soda. We do it all. 


World domination is still a long way ahead and there is always room for improvement. This is why we're looking for a customer support candidate to join our team.

When times are though, you're our client's superhero. You support them with all their technical questions about the platform and help them to solve their practical issues. As a focal point in between our customers, our sales team and our developers you offer input to the product team and escalate to our developers when neccessary. You balance the interests of our clients and Oxynade and make sure they experience an effortless customer journey.   


A full time job in the beautiful and creative Ghent. Our offices in Dok Noord have cool neighbours. You can swing by the hairdresser or the Delhaize in the afternoon.

  • Clear, easy and to-the-point communication in Dutch and English are a must. French or German are a real plus.


  • You have a healthy dose of curiosity to get to know the 'why'.


  • Learning new technologies is your passion.


  • The right attitude and devotion are more important then experience and knowledge. An IBO-contract is preferred.
