Oxyande is a eTicketing specialist in Ghent. Every day we revolutionize the world of e-ticketing with our 'e-ticketing as a service' platform (eTaaS).


We service arena's, venues, live entertainment and amusement parks with our innovative offering and state-of-the-art products. Booking a seat for a Queens of the Stone Age concert, paying a ticket for Phantasialand, picking up your tickets for Urbanus at your local theaters checkout corner or making sure you'll get access to an exclusive sale of Scotch and Soda. We do it all. 


World domination is still a long way ahead and there is always room for improvement. This is why we're looking for a customer succes coach to join our team.



Sounds like your cup of tea?

You know your customers: what they are doing and what they want to achieve. You develop a longterm relationship based on trust and respect. On a daily basis you make sure our clients are successful by offering them added value with our products and services, providing them with the best support possible and understand the question behind the question 


Follow up 

You have your own customer portfolio (small and large) and make sure they can get the most out of our platform.


Understand the goals of the clients and guide them towards their success. Make sure they have mastered the platform, can't live without it and want to stay with us, every single day.

Customer experience

Support the clients with all their problems and enquiries. Understand the 'why' behind their questions. Offer a effortless customer experience from day one. 


Train our (new) customers and assure maximum adoption.


Thanks to your overall insights you can see the challenges that lie ahead and you provide them with fitted solutions and suggestions. 


You're the client's ambassador and voice within Oxynade. You've a direct impact on our platform's product development. You have a direct impact the product development and you translate customer needs to the development team.


  • Clear, easy and to-the-point communication in Dutch and English are a must. French or German are a real plus.

  • You create order where there is chaos. You structure you work in a fast pace environment with strict, sometimes last-minute deadlines.  But, you can still let go and know you only have 'two hands' so you need to prioritise.

  • Put a smile on your client's faces, even by phone or behind a computer screen. 

  • Oxynade builds cloud based IT-applications, experience in SaaS is a real added value.

  •  At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role (account management, customer support,...) Customer satisfaction is your motto, makes you happy and gives you energy. 

  • Learning new technologies is your passion.

  • You can work in a team, take ownership and you take care of yourself and your colleagues.


A full time job in the beautiful and creative Ghent. Our offices in Dok Noord have cool neighbours. You can swing by the hairdresser or the Delhaize in the afternoon.
