1. Field of application

This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by OXYNADE through its Ticketing Platform. The cookie policy applies to the Ticketing Platform.  

 

Ticketing Platform: The online software platform of OXYNADE to process tickets.

The Ticketing Platform is often accessible via the website of third parties. Please note that this privacy and cookie policy only applies to the Ticketing Platform. OXYNADE is not responsible for websites that link to the Ticketing platform or embed it. You should check the policies on those websites for further information.

 

Any information stored on Ticketing Platform is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. OXYNADE implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft or disclosure.

 

You have the option to save and print this policy.  

2. Privacy
Your personal data may be entered into Ticketing Platform by yourself or by someone else:

 

Information provided by yourself: During your registration and later on Ticketing Platform, you can provide information such as name, password, company name, e-mail, address, telephone, financial information and other relevant data. This information is used by OXYNADE solely for the purposes of operating the Ticketing Platform.

 

Information provided by someone else who buys a ticket for you: People may buy tickets via the Ticketing Platform for other persons such as friends, family or colleagues. As soon as someone enters your personal data in the Ticketing Platform for the purpose of buying a ticket, this policy applies to you. In case you are of the opinion that someone misused your data for buying tickets, you should immediately contact the Data Protection Officer of OXYNADE.

 

Information provided by an event organizer: If you are an employee of or work for an event organizer, the organizer may create an account for you in the Ticketing Platform.

 

It is possible that your personal data will be supplemented with other data, such as IP address, statistics, history and other information related to your activities in Ticketing Platform.

 

Your data will be solely used by OXYNADE for the purpose of operating the Ticketing Platform. It is possible that your permission will be requested to use your data for certain other purposes. You can approve or reject this request. If you opt for specific services or communications, e.g. an e-newsletter, you can cancel your subscription for this at any time by following the instructions given in each communication. If you decide to unsubscribe from a service or communication, we will delete your data as soon as possible.

 

Under no circumstances do we share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, your personal data will be shared with all parties having a need to know for the organization of the event wherefore the tickets were bought.

 

OXYNADE, in so far as it is absolutely necessary in individual cases, is allowed to collect, use and process your personal and usage data, to prevent and combat illegal actions. OXYNADE is allowed to collect, use or process your personal and usage data, even after the termination of the account, in case of abusive use of the Ticketing Platform or in case of possible illegal actions performed by you or the person that bought tickets for you.

 

OXYNADE processes your data in accordance with this policy and with the applicable legislation and regulations on this matter.

 

3. Inspection, correction, deletion and objection

If you have an account in the Ticketing Platform, you can access, edit and update your contact details at any time by logging in with your username and password. Certain users may create more users with different privilege levels within their account. It is the responsibility of the user that creates other user accounts to choose the level of access each user should have. Once these new users log into the Ticketing Platform this policy applies to them. Users that enter personal data of other people need to verify and warrant that they have the right to do so.

 

In case you have no account in the Ticketing Platform, you can request a copy of your data that OXYNADE processes. You can do so, by sending a letter or email with a copy of your identity card to our Data Protection Officer. In the event that you would like additional copies, an administrative fee will be charged.

 

OXYNADE will not retain your data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

 

You have the right, if you have good reasons, to have your personal data removed. If you have grounds for this, you can also object to the use of your data. OXYNADE will study your request and comply if possible.

 

If you wish to make use of these rights, please send a letter or email to this end with a copy of your identity card to our Data Protection Officer.  

 

4. Security

OXYNADE uses appropriate technologies and security precautions to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, improper use, disclosure, loss and destruction. To ensure the confidentiality of your data, OXYNADE also uses professional firewalls and security passwords. However, you must ensure that the computer you use is adequately protected against malicious software, such as Trojans and viruses.

 

The sending of certain data, such as e-mails, SMS, personal data and the like, to OXYNADE is always at your own risk. OXYNADE endeavours to ensure that the transfer of this data takes place in a secure manner, but is in no way liable for any damage that might result from the loss of certain data and/or from the interception of this data by a third party. The software needed in this regard must be installed and care must always be taken with regard to the use and communication of your personal data.

 

5. Removal

Your data will not be stored longer than necessary for the purposes for which we process them.

 

In the event that your personal data are provided following an agreement between the event organizer and OXYNADE, they will not be kept longer than necessary for the fulfilment of that agreement. If your data are provided on the basis of your consent, processing will be stopped as soon as practically possible when you withdraw your consent. If your personal data are processed on the basis of a legal obligation or in the legitimate interest of OXYNADE, they will be retained for as long as necessary for this purpose.

 

6. Processing in the European Economic Area (EEA)

OXYNADE processes all personal data in the European Economic Area (EEA) only. All data collected by OXYNADE will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities. OXYNADE has a data processing agreement in place with its provider, ensuring compliance with the GDPR. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations.

 

7. Changes

OXYNADE may revise its policy on the handling of personal data. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and will keep you informed thereof by publishing a notice through Ticketing Platform. However, it is recommended that you regularly check this policy for any changes.

 

8. Other websites and apps

Ticketing Platform may contain links to other websites and apps. OXYNADE cannot guarantee that these websites and apps comply with a privacy policy that complies with the applicable regulations and legislation. It is recommended that you check this yourself by consulting the privacy clauses that appear on such websites.

 

9. Cookies

OXYNADE uses cookies on the Ticketing Platform to optimize user-friendliness. It does so using this cookie policy. This policy has been drawn up with the purpose of informing you correctly and clearly about the use of cookies and obtaining your permission to use them.

 

By visiting and using the Ticketing Platform, you declare your agreement to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and will keep you informed thereof by publishing a notice through the Ticketing Platform. However, it is recommended that you regularly check this policy for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes, you should stop using the Ticketing Platform. If you continue to use the Ticketing Platform, you automatically agree to the changes.

 

10. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that your browser saves on your device. The cookies allow us to store information on the server so that we can optimize the Ticketing Platform, and they also allow us to perform analyses on the Ticketing Platform and to analyse performance.  

 

A cookie consists of a (unique) number or value. It does not contain any personal data.

 

11. Objection

If you do not wish Ticketing Platform to install cookies, you can set your browser to notify you that a cookie is being installed or such that the collection of cookies is not possible. However, it is possible that as a result of this you will not be able to use all the features of the Ticketing Platform or that Ticketing Platform will not function optimally.

 

12. Overview of cookies

The Ticketing Platform uses only functional cookies that are technically needed for the proper operation of the software program, such as but not limited to language preferences.

OXYNADE does not use third-party cookies and does not use cookies for marketing purposes.

OXYNADE has a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for matters relating to privacy and data protection. This Data Protection Officer can be reached at the address mentioned in article 1 and via dataprotectionofficer@oxynade.com.
