Oxynade by SecuTix is a global eTicketing specialist with its headquarters in Ghent. We are part of the SecuTix SA Group with headquarters in Switzerland. Every day we revolutionize the world of e-ticketing with our 'e-ticketing as a service' platform.

We offer an all-round multi-tenant ticketing application that is based on the current top-notch technology stack such as AWS, GraphQL, Node JS, and React. Including a fully equipped customer portal, box office, and specialized features, the platform can cover the needs of a broad range of verticals. YOUR MISSION

& RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join an onboarding team whose mission is to deploy and configure our SaaS Ticketing Platform, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution.

Main activities:

  • Deliver professional services related to ticketing configuration

  • Train customers to use our solution

  • Manage your own customer portfolio from onboarding to continuous customer satisfaction

  • Lay the foundation for long-term relationships with our customers

  • Analyze and formalize business requirements, and report them back to Product managers

  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of our solution according to standard process and tools, monitor all activities

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects

  • Organize and lead business and technical workshops

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required

SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Business and problem analysis skills

  • Agility, a strong sense of commitment and the discipline to focus

  • An ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work in a team and take ownership when needed

  • IT skills (hardware, development & API)

  • PMP certification or similar

  • Languages: English (fluent), Dutch, French and/or German are a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • At least between 10 and 15 years experience as Services Analyst in a SaaS company

  • Familiar with ticketing cloud-solutions and/or experience in operating a ticketing system

  • The position is based in Ghent
