Meet B-Concept Media Entertainment Group
B-Concept Media Entertainment Group, an event production and management company, has been operating in Thailand since 2005. The company manages, books, and promotes artists across both digital and live event platforms and is expanding its marketing and promotion channels.
At the 2020 Luxury Lifestyle Awards in Bangkok, B-Concept took home the win for the “Best Luxury Event Agency in Thailand.”
The Challenge
Costly ticketing vendors and no support for venues
After 15 years of mastering their core services, B-Concept felt ready to address a huge problem in the Thailand events and tourism industry: ticketing.
“There are several issues with the ticketing solutions that are currently available in our local market,” says William Kuipers, founder of B-Concept and the new ticketing brand TixTaq.
“The local ticketing platforms’ prices are too high, they require advance payments before a single ticket is sold, and they charge percentages, making it hard for event organizers to know what the final cost will be,” says William. “These solutions also don’t offer seat maps, season cards, or tickets for venues. To make things worse, many of them are slow and poorly developed, causing delays for customers trying to buy tickets.”
The Solution
100% White-Label Ticketing
William was looking for a white-label ticketing solution, and a professional contact in the Netherlands told him about Oxynade by Secutix. The technology continued to appear in Google searches as he was researching his options.
After better understanding the Oxynade SaaS ticketing platform during a presentation, William was convinced it was the perfect fit for his needs. “I was looking for something that was fully white-label, easy to use, and would provide self-service capabilities for technologically savvy event organizers, hotel event managers, and venue staff,” says William.
“While we’ll continue to provide consulting services around ticketing, it’s also important for the customers to be able to set up tickets on their own if they want to have the control and autonomy.”
The Result
Launched with no need for software development
By choosing Oxynade as the technology provider, William was able to launch his new ticketing brand TixTaq with a lot less time and financial overhead than he would have if building a ticketing platform from the ground up. The platform is continually updated and managed by Oxynade’s team of developers.
“The biggest reasons we chose Oxynade is that it’s a SaaS platform, it’s robust, and it’s hosted on Amazon AWS so it works faster in our local market than the outdated ticketing systems currently in use,” says William.

Moving Forward
Massive market potential and $5M in funding to capture it
Because Oxynade can support ticketing for both events and venues, the market potential is huge. “There are 3000 hotels in Bangkok alone,” says William. “And most of them offer their own events, such as music, tastings, or dances. We will be able to offer hotels a more affordable and easier-to-use solution for selling tickets to these events.”
William also plans to target venues like waterparks and zoos, which currently don’t have a modern solution that works quickly and easily—or that can handle COVID requirements. The Oxynade technology offers time slots for tickets to reduce crowding at the gate. Meanwhile, automatic seat map creation can easily regulate seat spacing for live events.
“During COVID, we’re focusing on a lot of hybrid events that combine steaming with in-person experiences.” These hybrid events can be easily managed with Oxynade because it’s simple to create different types of tickets and passes.
